Languages spoken: Spanish and English

I am Adrián Cobas Arencibia, a private guide specializing in bird watching and photography in natural environments. I am the owner of Casa Ana Birding, a place where you can rent rooms and experience the beauty of the Bee Hummingbird, the smallest bird in the world, in its natural habitat. Our goal is to provide clients with a one-of-a-kind experience, offering excellent visibility and opportunities to capture stunning photographs of this tiny bird.
We offer small private tours in various protected areas of the Cienaga de Zapata National Park, which is the largest and most well-preserved park in the Caribbean. Here, you can find a wide variety of endemic birds that are unique to the island. Depending on your preferences, we can travel to different provinces of Cuba in search of these endemic birds. Along the way, you will also have the chance to immerse yourself in the local culture and traditions of these iconic places.
Our utmost satisfaction is ensuring that our clients have a truly enjoyable and unforgettable vacation experience.

Adrian has absolutely the best spot for the Bee Hummingbird the World’s smallest bird in the world which is also endemic and listed as endangered. On Adrian’s property I was able to see other endemic species like the Cuban Tody, Cuban Trogon and the Cuban Pigmy Owl. Adrian is also guide for the entire island. Just tell him what you are looking for and he’ll let you know if it is possible. I also stayed 5 nights at his property with plenty of hot water and a/c. I highly recommend him to all looking for Cuban endemics especially the Bee Hummingbird and Cuban Emerald!
