Thank you for shopping with Anthony Lujan. This Store, Shipping & Returns Policy applies to purchases made through www.anthony-lujan.com and to certain in-person sales at festivals, events, art shows, or similar appearances, unless a product listing or event-specific notice states otherwise.
By placing an order, you agree to this policy.
1. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to update, change, limit, or discontinue products at any time without notice.
We also reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other legitimate business reasons.
2. Product Information
We make every reasonable effort to present products accurately, including descriptions, dimensions, materials, and images. However, slight variations in color, scale, finish, packaging, or appearance may occur due to photography, screen settings, printing methods, handmade elements, or supplier differences.
Product images are for general representation and may not always reflect exact size or packaging unless specifically stated.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, typographical mistakes, inaccurate listings, or product description errors at any time, including after an order has been submitted.
4. Order Acceptance
An order confirmation does not guarantee final acceptance of an order. We may cancel, limit, or decline any order at our discretion.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, any refund due will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
5. Payment
Online orders placed through this website may be processed using Squarespace commerce and payment tools.
In-person purchases made at festivals, events, art shows, or similar appearances may be processed through Shopify point-of-sale or related tools used for live sales.
We do not store full payment card information on this website.
6. Shipping
Shipping availability, rates, and delivery timing may vary depending on the product, destination, fulfillment method, and order size.
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, orders are typically shipped using carriers such as USPS and may include tracking when available.
Some items may include free shipping, while others may have shipping charges calculated at checkout or stated on the product listing.
Estimated shipping or delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, holidays, address errors, supply disruptions, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or extra costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information submitted at checkout.
7. Processing Times
Order processing times may vary depending on inventory, packaging needs, travel schedule, event schedule, custom preparation, or fulfillment logistics.
If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.
8. International Orders
If international shipping is offered, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or international carrier issues.
9. All Sales Final
Unless otherwise required by law or specifically stated on a product page, all sales are final.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
change of mind
accidental purchases
ordering the wrong item
failure to review product details before purchasing
preference-based issues that do not involve damage, defect, or fulfillment error
This applies to products purchased online and in person, unless a specific product listing or written event notice states otherwise.
10. Order Issues, Damage, Defects, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery for shipped orders, or within 7 days of purchase for in-person purchases.

clear photos of the item and packaging, if applicable
We will review order issues on a case-by-case basis and may provide a suitable remedy where appropriate or required by law. Possible remedies may include replacement, repair, store credit, or other reasonable resolution.
We reserve the right to deny claims that are incomplete, submitted late, unsupported by reasonable documentation, or based on normal wear, misuse, mishandling, or damage occurring after delivery.
11. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If tracking shows that a package is delayed, please allow reasonable time for carrier movement and delivery updates.
If a package appears lost in transit, contact us at orders@anthony-lujan.com and we will make reasonable efforts to assist, including confirming shipment details and, where appropriate, initiating a carrier inquiry.
We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer, theft after delivery, unsecured delivery locations, or carrier issues outside our direct control.
12. Digital Products
All sales of digital products, including eBooks, downloadable files, and similar digital content, are final and non-refundable once the download link has been delivered, access has been granted, or the product has been sent.
13. In-Person Event Sales
Products purchased in person at festivals, events, art shows, or similar appearances are also subject to this policy unless a different written policy is clearly provided at the point of sale.
