International Hummingbird Society 2027 Calendar

Anthony’s photograph of the Garnet-throated Hummingbird was selected by International Hummingbird Society Executive Director Alice Madar for the Society’s 2027 calendar.

As a Board Member and a member of the calendar committee, Anthony sees an important part of his mission in bringing the hummingbird community together. Through his network of talented hummingbird photographers, he helped select several of this year’s featured photographs, including the Anna’s Hummingbird by Mike Ashbee, featured on the cover and for January; the Mangrove Hummingbird by Alvaro Gutlerez for June; the Great Sapphirewing by Suraj Ramamurthy for September; and the White-tufted Sunbeam by Fabio N. Arias for October.

The International Hummingbird Society calendar brings together remarkable hummingbird photography from around the world while supporting the Society’s mission to increase awareness, education, and conservation of these extraordinary birds. Anthony is honored to have his work included and to help showcase fellow photographers who share that same passion and purpose.

The limited-edition 2027 calendar features 13 remarkable hummingbird species photographed by some of today’s leading hummingbird photographers. All photographs were donated, allowing 100% of the profits to support the International Hummingbird Society’s mission of hummingbird education, awareness, and conservation around the world.
